This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms of Service between Tensflare Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you. You may use the RuyQA service only in compliance with this AUP and all applicable laws.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to, and not to allow any Authorized User or third party to:
Illicit & Harmful Content
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Distribute viruses, malware, or corrupted files.
System Abuse & Security
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or connected networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., DOS attacks).
- Scrape or crawl the Service without permission.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service.
- Circumvent security features or usage limits.
Misuse & Fraud
- Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Engage in phishing or fraud.
- Conduct security testing without prior written consent.
- Use for high-risk safety-critical applications (e.g., medical devices, weapons).
- Impersonate any person or entity.
Consequences of Violation
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may:
- Issue a warning.
- Temporarily suspend your access.
- Permanently terminate your Account.
- Delete prohibited content.
- Report illegal activity to authorities.
