Export Control & Sanctions Compliance

1. Scope of Commitment

RuyQA is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We design, develop, and deliver our services in a manner intended to comply with export control requirements.

• We do not knowingly provide, export, re-export, transfer, or make available the Service to any person, entity, or destination where such activity would violate applicable export control laws or sanctions.
• We do not knowingly provide services to sanctioned, designated, or blocked individuals or entities.

2. Restricted Destinations and Parties

Tensflare does not offer the RuyQA Service in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, including:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
• Russia and Belarus (subject to restrictions)

We also prohibit use by any person or entity that is Sanctioned, blocked, or owned 50% or more by sanctioned parties.

3. User Responsibilities

By accessing or using RuyQA, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any comprehensively sanctioned country or region;
• You are not a sanctioned or restricted person or entity;
• Your use of the Service will not involve any sanctioned activity;
• You will comply with all applicable export control laws and sanctions.

4. Screening and Compliance Measures

Tensflare implements reasonable compliance procedures, including:

• Screening of new customers and users against applicable restricted party lists;
• Periodic review of existing accounts;
• Geo-blocking and access restrictions as required.
